Gathering at the Gate (GatG) is a grassroots collective enquiry into ancestral recovery for Pākehā (white-assimilated) folx in Aotearoa. We collaborated with GatG to document the cracks, reverberations and shimmers of participants’ experiences in relation to Matike Mai - a nationwide, Indigenous-led movement for constitutional transformation to honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Māori sovereignty. In doing so we experimented with a methodology that followed the lead of worms. Our final report can be see here.
